Shanghai is the most densely populated city in China with more than 20 million inhabitants. It is the main economic, commercial centre of the country and it has the privilege of being home to the Universal Trade Fair 2010.
In the photograph we can see the hub of motorways supported by the so-called Pillar of New Dragons which connects the fly over motorways of Yan ´An y Nanbei.
According to what people in Shanghai say, while the network of motorways was under construction at the beginning of the nineties, there was no way that they could perforate the exact point where the pillar stands.
