Each Student Office of the Faculty/Centre where the course is held must establish the enrolment period. Deadlines will be notified in the admission letter.

Be admitted first

Enrollment is only possible after having been accepted through the programme’s Pre-enrolment Form.

Online self-registration
Enrollment is carried out electronically via UCM’s Academic Management Portal using the university account assigned to you.

Exceptional cases
In duly justified situations, the Student Office of the relevant Faculty/Centre may allow in-person registration using a standardized form.

After completing online registration:

• You must upload/submit the required documents (ID/passport, qualifying degree, etc.) within 30 days after the enrolment date.

• Documentation is submitted through the university system (“DocuMatrícula”).

• Conditional admission is possible in some cases (e.g., students who are close to completing their qualifying degree or applicants admitted through professional experience), according to programme rules.

Payment instructions

• Tuition fees can be seen on on the website for each of the master's programs (by clicking on "Características")

• Installment payment options (general UCM rules for Lifelong Learning programmes):

  • For full-year courses: up to four instalments.

  • For courses beginning in the second semester: payment in one or two instalments.

Note: Individual programmes may state additional or more specific payment arrangements.
