The International Conference on Diffusion in Materials DIMAT 2008, is an unique opportunity to exchange information, present the latest results as well as assess the relevant issues on diffusion theoretical and applied research. Young scientists are especially encouraged to attend the conference and to establish international networks with well known scientists. There will be special activities planned during the meeting for young scientist. The Conference will be held from tuesday the 28th through Friday the 31st of october 2008.

The conference venue will be held at the Hotel beatriz-Costa Teguise in Lanzarote-Canary Islands (Spain). Lanzarote is a very beautiful volcanic island unique in the World with fantastic nacional parks. During the Conference the Conference Dinner will be held on Thursday night at the “Jameos del Agua” a world protected natural monuments consist in few volcanic bubbles connected with a underground river (a good example of diffusion”.
